Are you ready to join our U.S. Xpress family? Orientation is your first step. It's
a great chance for us to get to know each other, face-to-face, before you hit the
road. Join us and you'll see, first-hand, just how welcoming and friendly a successful
family-owned company can be.
We hold orientation sessions weekly in multiple locations across the country. The
process consists of a road-driving test, DOT physical, physical standards test and
a drug screening. And, yes, that’s all on our dime. You will also become familiar
with our safety protocol and operation procedures, and complete some paperwork.
Orientation lasts three full days, and you’ll be paid $58 a day for those days if
you’re hired, with $50 automatically advanced on your fuel card. We’ll provide lodging
and one meal each day and may also provide transportation if you’re traveling more
than 100 miles to meet us. Please let us know if you need help getting to class.
We’ll see you soon!
