At U.S. Xpress, your safety and the safety of everyone around you is our top priority. And we’re happy to put our money where our mouth is. Now all OTR/Solo, company drivers who have 12 consecutive months of safe driving could be making 5¢ more per mile. So to earn more, you just need to stay safe!
Check to see if you qualify:
1) No preventable accidents for 12 consecutive months
2) No tickets at all for 12 consecutive months
3) No CSA violations for 12 consecutive months
The solo safety pay increase is automatically applied and completely achievable!
**Please note that these requirements apply to over-the-road driving experience only. If you no longer meet the requirements your pay will reset to the previous rate before the increase. After meeting the qualifications above for another 12 consecutive months, you can earn back the solo safety pay increase.
